This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ASM-TT-WUP based in India.

This is a field-based sales role focused on driving growth across retail channels in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position involves building strong relationships with distributors and retailers to maximize product availability and visibility.
You will play a key role in executing in-store merchandising standards and ensuring optimal shelf presence.
The role requires active management of promotional activities to boost sell-out performance and brand impact.
You will monitor execution in the field and ensure alignment with sales targets and KPIs.
It is a highly dynamic environment where commercial acumen and on-ground execution go hand in hand.
The role offers strong exposure to consumer goods operations, with opportunities to directly influence market performance.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive in-store execution by ensuring strong product visibility, availability, and compliance with merchandising standards across assigned retail outlets.
  • Implement and monitor promotional campaigns and trade activities to maximize sales impact and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate the sourcing, placement, and execution of point-of-sale materials and trade assets in the field.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors to support sell-in and sell-out performance.
  • Track, report, and analyze field activities, competitor actions, and sales performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods sector, with exposure to field or territory management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and trade execution principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret field data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • High level of perseverance, attention to detail, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a field environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
