Job Description

Director, Sales

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Sales based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of high-performance aviation services and strategic B2B sales, focused on delivering mission-critical travel solutions to clients who require absolute precision and reliability. You will be responsible for driving new business growth through a consultative, relationship-led sales approach targeting direct corporate clients and high-value individual accounts. The position involves identifying new market opportunities, shaping tailored charter solutions, and positioning premium aviation services as essential operational infrastructure rather than luxury travel. You will engage with senior stakeholders, manage complex client needs, and represent a brand known for operating in high-stakes, time-sensitive environments. Success in this role requires a strong ability to prospect, close, and expand accounts while maintaining long-term client trust. The environment is fast-paced, highly professional, and centered on excellence, discretion, and executional precision.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive new business acquisition by prospecting, developing, and converting qualified leads into long-term clients across corporate and individual segments.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach focused on understanding mission-critical travel needs.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals, quotes, and charter solutions, including membership and managed flight offerings.
  • Identify and expand into new market opportunities such as corporate shuttle programs, M&A-driven travel demand, and disrupted commercial flight use cases.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows, following up on leads and strengthening brand visibility.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in sales, ideally within hospitality, luxury services, aviation, or high-value B2B environments.
  • At least 2+ years of aviation or charter sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and brand representation capability.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior sales leadership roles, including performance-based incentives.
  • Remote-first structure with flexibility in day-to-day scheduling.
  • Opportunity to work within a high-impact, mission-driven aviation environment serving elite global clients.
  • Domestic travel opportunities to engage directly with key clients and industry events.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement options.
  • Exposure to high-value, complex sales cycles within the private aviation sector.
  • Strong culture of excellence, ownership, and professional growth.
