- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators including time-to-fill, approval rates, therapy persistence, utilization trends, and adherence patterns.
- Translate claims, hub, and patient services data into clear insights and strategic recommendations that support payer strategy, field reimbursement, and leadership decision-making.
- Partner with IT and data engineering teams to improve data infrastructure, reporting automation, data quality, and cross-system consistency.
- Support payer contracting and pricing teams through scenario modeling, performance evaluation, and assessment of agreement impacts on access and financial outcomes.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external data vendors and claims providers, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and usability.
- Lead cross-functional analytical initiatives and business planning cycles, including quarterly reviews and long-range planning, delivering timely and actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharma analytics, preferably within market access, payer analytics, or commercial operations roles.
- Strong expertise in healthcare data ecosystems, including claims, specialty pharmacy, hub data, and industry datasets such as IQVIA or similar sources.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with additional experience in tools such as Alteryx, SAS, and/or Power BI highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and capability to translate complex datasets into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across commercial, IT, and vendor partners in a matrixed environment.
- Competitive base salary range: $116,000 – $151,000, plus short-term incentives and long-term equity compensation opportunities.
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage for employees and eligible dependents.
- Retirement savings plan with employer match.
- Generous paid time off and well-being support programs.
- Access to wellness initiatives and employee assistance resources.
- Opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment focused on improving outcomes for patients with rare diseases.
- Flexible remote working structure with occasional travel (10–20%) and collaboration with teams based in San Diego.
