This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Newswriter based in India.
This role is focused on producing high-volume, data-driven B2B news content that supports marketing and sales intelligence for enterprise users. You will be responsible for researching industry trends, analyzing advertising and business data, and transforming insights into structured, accurate news articles. The position requires strong editorial discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced content production environment. You will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards across large-scale publishing workflows while ensuring consistency with editorial guidelines. The role also involves working with data tools and databases to support content accuracy and research depth. It is well-suited for individuals who are analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about business, media, and marketing trends. - Produce high-volume B2B news articles (10+ per day) by researching industries, companies, and marketing activity using assigned data sources and tools.
- Monitor market trends, advertising activity, and business developments to generate insights and structured news content.
- Conduct data gathering and maintain accurate records through database entry and content management systems.
- Edit and review written content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to editorial standards.
- Follow AP Style guidelines and ensure alignment with both US and UK English editorial requirements.
- Collaborate with researchers, marketing, and product teams to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
- Use tools such as Airtable, Google Workspace, and internal platforms to support research and workflow execution.
- Support process improvements and assist in the adoption of AI and automation tools for content production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong English writing, editing, and research skills with proven ability to follow AP Style guidelines.
- Experience writing for or adapting content for both US and UK English audiences.
- Ability to manage high-volume output while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business, marketing, and advertising data.
- Familiarity with research techniques, including Boolean searches and data-driven content sourcing.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Airtable, and basic project management tools.
- Comfortable using or learning AI/LLM tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced production environment.
