Senior Product Manager K-12 Event Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager – K-12 Event Management based in United States.

This role sits at the center of a fast-growing K–12 school events platform focused on transforming how schools plan, manage, and monetize student activities, athletics, and community events.
You will own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through execution and go-to-market, with high visibility across engineering, sales, and executive leadership.
The product spans ticketing, mobile event experiences, access control, and event operations tools used daily by school administrators and staff.
This is a high-impact leadership role where your decisions directly influence product growth, adoption, and revenue performance.
You will collaborate closely with distributed engineering teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape a scalable and intuitive event management ecosystem.
The environment is highly strategic, fast-moving, and innovation-driven, with strong investment behind the product’s expansion and long-term roadmap.

Accountabilities
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a K–12 event management platform covering ticketing, access control, and mobile event experiences.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from discovery and requirements definition through delivery, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Translate market needs and customer insights into clear product priorities, user stories, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and distributed development teams to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery.
  • Drive go-to-market alignment with sales and marketing, supporting positioning, demos, and product messaging for school district stakeholders.
  • Define and track key product KPIs including adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue contribution.
  • Leverage data, user feedback, and competitive analysis to continuously refine and improve product direction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of software or SaaS products, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role.
  • Strong experience in event management platforms, ticketing systems, mobile applications, or transaction-based digital products.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and deliver complex features in Agile environments.
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams and managing cross-time-zone collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles, product analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in K–12 education technology or school operations environments is strongly preferred.
