The Position: We are looking for an Office Assistant II to join our growing team!

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 office administration and/or customer service experience

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

  • Intermediate computer skills

Overview:

The Office Assistant II, under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, is responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the assigned office and warehouse location.

Essential Functions:

  • Schedules and routes delivery technicians as it relates to deliveries and pick up of medical equipment and service calls
  • Receives and coordinates calls from patients, sales representatives, and referral sources
  • Coordinates tasks for completion by technicians and warehouse staff
  • Manages office needs such as office supplies, repairs and services, mail, and payments
  • Manages inventory levels of medical equipment
  • Other tasks as assigned
