JobSummary:

The Construction Planning Engineer is responsible for thedevelopment, coordination, and management of construction schedules, workplans, and execution strategies for FEC projects. This role bridgesengineering, procurement, and field construction teams to ensure projects aredelivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company quality,HSE, and operational standards.

JobDuties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate withconstruction leads, discipline engineers, 3rd party engineering, andconstruction contractors to organize construction scopes and executionstrategies;

• Identifyconstructability issues early in the design phase and recommend optimizations;

• Support thedevelopment of construction, installation, and commissioning work packs;

• Identify schedulerisks, develop mitigation plans;

• Evaluate changeorders for schedule impact and document delays/claims as needed;

• Interface withengineering, procurement, operations, commissioning, and start-up teams toensure schedule and execution alignment;

• Promote and enforcethe company's safety culture and HSE standards on all planning activities;

• Ensure constructionplans comply with regulatory requirements, industry codes (API, ASME, NFPA),and company's standards;

• Work in a highlycollaborative, team focused environment;

• Support projectestimating, cost control, schedule development, resource planning, and progressreporting;

• Provide regularupdates to management on work status, risks, costs, schedule, contractorperformance, and key issues.

Qualifications(Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relatedfield required;

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years relevantexperience required,

• Experience with installation and/or manufactureof offshore oilfield equipment and/or structures;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Ability to work effectively in project teams;

• Knowledge of construction trades and practices;

• Working knowledge of QA/QC programs and NDEmethods;

• Working knowledge of industry codes, standardsand regulations applicable to offshore construction and production operations;

• Contribute to efforts internally and externallyto improve standards and guidelines;

• Develop processes, procedures, and trainingprograms to achieve corporate goals.

WorkingConditions:

• Work is primarily conducted in an officeenvironment (Private or Semi-Private Office) but also requires occasionaltravel to off-site onshore/offshore work locations;

• Field duties require outdoor work in aconstruction site type atmosphere to include offshore platforms;

• Interaction with other team members, as wellas supervisors and client personnel;

• Working on a construction site or in plantand/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels

• Must be able to wear safety equipment asrequired by the safety department for personal protection;

• May be at more than one job site in a day andmust be able to tolerate climate changes;

• May be required to travel out of town on aperiodic basis.

PhysicalRequirements (With or without Reasonable Accommodation):

• Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds;

• Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing orother communication capabilities which permit the employee to communicateeffectively;

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time;

• Sufficient vision or other powers ofobservation which permit the employee to conduct analysis and investigations;

• Sufficient manual dexterity which permit theemployee to perform routine office duties;

• Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexesto perform office duties and travel when necessary to off-site locations.
