This leadership role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, customer success, and platform engineering, guiding teams that design and implement high-impact identity and access management solutions for global enterprise customers. You will oversee both consulting and custom development functions, ensuring seamless delivery of complex implementations and migrations across diverse environments. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on technical oversight, requiring strong architectural thinking and operational discipline. You will play a key part in scaling regional Professional Services capabilities while aligning closely with global engineering, product, and customer success teams. This is a high-visibility position where your leadership directly influences customer adoption, retention, and long-term platform value. You will also drive process maturity, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement across distributed technical teams.
Lead and mentor distributed consulting and engineering teams, ensuring strong execution across professional services engagements, technical delivery, and customer implementations. You will define priorities, manage agile execution, and maintain high standards of performance and collaboration across teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop Solutions Architects and custom development engineers within the Professional Services organization
- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking
- Oversee customer implementations, migrations, and integration projects across identity and access management platforms
- Design and guide development of custom solutions, automation workflows, and technical implementations
- Partner with global teams across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue to ensure alignment and delivery success
- Track delivery performance using defined metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to service strategy, adoption growth, and regional capability scaling
- Act as a technical escalation point and trusted advisor for complex customer requirements and architecture decisions
- Drive process optimization, tooling improvements, and operational excellence across service delivery
This role requires extensive experience in technical leadership, professional services delivery, and enterprise identity or SaaS environments, combined with strong architectural and people management skills.
- 10–14 years of experience in software engineering, professional services, or IT consulting roles in SaaS or enterprise environments
- 3–5+ years of experience leading technical teams and managing delivery organizations
- Strong hands-on expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and Python
- Deep knowledge of identity and directory services including Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Okta
- Strong understanding of authentication and networking protocols (LDAP, SAML, OIDC, RADIUS, SCIM)
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum-based delivery teams and complex technical projects
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Workspace environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to bridge technical depth with strategic business outcomes in customer-facing engagements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
