Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing, you will turn complex data into clear pricing recommendations.

You will conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to guide strategic pricing choices.

- Lead pricing and packaging strategy across assigned software product areas, ensuring alignment with overall business and revenue objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer segmentation to inform pricing decisions and monetization models.
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain pricing frameworks, including usage-based and cloud-oriented pricing structures.
- Build financial and analytical models to assess pricing impact on profitability, customer adoption, and retention.
- Partner with Finance to ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and support audit-ready documentation of pricing decisions.
- Present pricing recommendations and strategy updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional experts to align on pricing proposals and drive consensus for implementation.
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS or software pricing strategy, or equivalent transferable analytical experience.
- Strong expertise in usage-based and cloud pricing models, with experience in monetization strategy development.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including experience handling large datasets and complex business cases.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Tableau, R, Python, Alteryx, SAS Visual Analytics, and advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of trade-offs between customer acquisition, retention, expansion, and margin optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management capabilities with attention to detail and decision-making strength.
