- Build and maintain scalable frontend platforms, component libraries, and web applications using modern technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Design and evolve reusable UI patterns, design tokens, components, and frontend standards that improve consistency across products and experiences.
- Develop frontend architecture that is API-first, machine-readable, and optimized for both human users and emerging AI-powered workflows.
- Apply AI effectively throughout the software development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, code review, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform complex requirements into reliable, well-designed solutions.
- Own frontend quality through strong practices around testing, accessibility, observability, performance optimization, and safe production rollouts.
- Contribute to technical decisions around platform scalability, maintainability, and engineering best practices.
- Support the adoption of AI-assisted engineering workflows by improving processes, standards, and team effectiveness.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on building production-grade web applications.
- Advanced expertise in frontend technologies including Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, and modern frontend build tooling.
- Proven experience designing frontend architectures, shared component systems, and maintainable application patterns.
- Experience building and scaling design systems, including design tokens, theming, documentation, and cross-platform consistency.
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development workflows and the ability to apply AI tools effectively while maintaining engineering quality and rigor.
- Experience with structured development workflows involving planning, context management, iterative improvement, testing, and code review.
- Strong focus on software quality, including accessibility, performance, telemetry, testing strategies, and production ownership.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, collaborative, and high-ownership approach to technical execution.
- Experience working with backend APIs, service integrations, or cross-functional engineering teams is preferred.
- Familiarity with BFF architectures, contract-driven development, event-driven systems, or backend technologies is a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally, up to 5 days per quarter, for team gatherings and company events when applicable.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Competitive total target cash compensation ranging from $158,000 to $190,000 USD annually, including base salary and bonus target.
