  • Act as an executive escalation point for major incidents, migrations, technology initiatives, and business-critical projects.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced IT leader with a strong technical foundation, proven ability to scale enterprise technology functions, and the ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.

  • 15+ years of experience in IT, including 7–8+ years leading multiple teams, functions, or enterprise technology organizations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with modern IT infrastructure, including identity and access management, endpoint management, cloud collaboration platforms, and enterprise networking.
  • Experience integrating AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies into IT operations and employee productivity workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with security and compliance teams while maintaining a strong safety-first mindset.
  • Experience managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience operating in global, high-growth, remote-first, or rapidly scaling organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with modern cloud-based technology environments and tools such as identity platforms, device management solutions, and SaaS collaboration systems is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience creating AI-powered workflows, agents, or automation solutions with measurable business impact is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $167,000–$245,000 USD, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and location.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans, with employee coverage fully paid.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
  • Mental wellness resources and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Flexible paid time off and company-wide days off throughout the year.
  • Winter and summer weeklong company shutdown periods.
