Overview
The Digital Enterprise (DE) Change Management Value Stream Program Representative will provide support primarily for existing Programs. This includes both managing multiple projects and working on business commitments to further develop and enhance Electric Boats capability to deliver Change information internally to all downstream consumers as well as externally to SUPSHIP and NAVSEA.
The Change Management Value Stream Program Representative would support:
- Manage and facilitate the Change Management Value Stream with working on initiatives brought from across the business to enhance the Change development and delivery process
- Manage the action trackers and ECD’s for the Change Management Team
- Drive efficiency into the value stream by
- Developing and tracking tool updates/testing, processes/procedures and training
- Metric generation and tracking to Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Tracking and managing resource demand and budget projections
- Managing validations of software in accordance with business need and ECDs
- Managing Software Projects and ITCRs in accordance with business need and ECDs
- Communicate and provide training when applicable to updated processes and software changes
- Supporting & coordinating business commitments in accordance with business need and ECDs
Responsibilities
To be successful in this position the applicant should have:
- Project Management Skills: Managing to established dates and schedules, as well as estimating and scheduling new task development
- Working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and NX
- Creating and utilizing metrics
- Facilitation Skills: To lead brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and cross value stream discussions on different initiatives
- Ability to develop effective relationships
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of Digital Enterprise (DE) Change Management processes & tools
- Demonstrated Facilitation Skills
- Demonstrated Project Management Skills
- Innovative and persistent personality
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business or Information Technology or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in software applications or project management
Preferred:
- Experience with creating and utilizing statistics
- Experience with Change Management processes and tools
- Experience in Teamcenter and/or NX
