At The Greenleigh, every meal is an opportunity to create a memorable experience. We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented Food Runners to serve as the vital connection between our culinary and front-of-house teams, ensuring every dish is delivered promptly, accurately, and with exceptional care.

This role works closely with servers, bartenders, and culinary team members to maintain efficient service, uphold presentation standards, and provide an elevated dining experience for every guest.

Requested Tasks:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and according to service standards.
• Verify that all orders are complete, properly prepared, and presented before leaving the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist servers by delivering condiments, refilling water, clearing completed courses, and responding to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, expo areas, and dining spaces.
• Support table maintenance by clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of menu items to accurately identify and present dishes to guests.
• Maintain awareness of guest needs and provide prompt, courteous assistance throughout the dining experience.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Requested Capabilities:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift and carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Food Handler Certification (or the ability to obtain certification) preferred.
