The Role: Home Health Office Manager

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Home Health Office Manager to join our growing team. This position is central to our agency's success and is responsible for overseeing administrative operations, supporting regulatory compliance, coordinating office functions, managing human resources and recruiting activities, and helping ensure the delivery of exceptional home health services. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence, employee engagement, and outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
  • Ensure adequate office coverage during business hours and coordinate schedules to maintain uninterrupted support for patients, caregivers, and referral sources.
  • Manage employee onboarding, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and new hire orientation.
  • Support employee relations, retention initiatives, and performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable state, federal, and home health regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with credentialing and licensure tracking.
  • Coordinate staffing needs and support workforce planning efforts.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, leadership, patients, and external partners.
  • Monitor office processes to improve efficiency and organizational performance.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related functions.
  • Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives to ensure exceptional patient care.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture.
