With 16 locations across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana, we are committed to superior customer service and a quality-driven culture. If that sounds like a fit for you, we would love to have you join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing. You'll help execute campaigns, manage events, support supplier marketing initiatives, create content, track results, and identify opportunities to improve performance. We're looking for someone who doesn't just complete tasks. We want someone who takes ownership, enjoys working with people, pays attention to details, and is excited to make marketing better every day.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and execute customer events, supplier events, training sessions, trade shows, and networking activities.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and digital channels.
  • Create and manage social media content, calendars, posts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Write and edit marketing content including emails, event promotions, social posts, website content, newsletters, and other marketing communications.
  • Work with suppliers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to gather information and keep projects moving forward.
  • Track campaign performance and marketing metrics.
  • Analyze results and make recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Proofread and quality-check marketing materials before launch.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, engagement, and results.

What We're Looking For:

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of marketing, communications, event planning, or digital marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, adjust quickly when priorities shift, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • HubSpot, CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video experience is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and changing deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

The Person Who Will Thrive in This Role:

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy looking at marketing metrics and figuring out how to improve them.
  • Get excited when campaigns perform well and want to understand why.
  • Notice details that other people miss.
  • Take ownership of projects and follow through without being reminded.
  • Communicate proactively when something is off track.
  • Enjoy working with people across departments.
  • Like learning new things and testing new ideas.
  • Take pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Bring positive energy to the team.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, deadlines overlap, and multiple projects are moving at the same time.
  • Able to determine what is most important, communicate tradeoffs, and focus on the highest-value work when competing priorities arise.

What Success Looks Like:

After your first year, you are:

  • Managing projects confidently and independently.
  • Driving events and campaign execution with minimal supervision.
  • Bringing ideas forward to improve marketing performance.
  • Using data and insights to recommend next steps.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Helping the marketing team become more efficient and effective.

Our Culture:

We work hard, move quickly, support each other, and have fun doing it. We value ownership, accountability, curiosity, continuous improvement, and teamwork. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning from results, and contributing to a positive team environment. If you're the type of person who loves seeing a campaign succeed, enjoys working with people, takes pride in getting things done, and is always looking for ways to improve, we'd love to meet you.

Benefits:
