About the role

We are seeking a dynamic South Island Sales Manager to lead and inspire our Agri Sales team, ensuring their success in delivering exceptional results. This role is central to driving our sales strategy across the region while fostering an environment of collaboration, growth, and innovation.

In this leadership position, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting Agri Managers to become trusted advisors for our farmers. By empowering the team with robust training, regular coaching, and development programs, you will help them maximize their potential and provide valuable advice.

Key areas of focus will include promoting a culture of safety and well-being, optimising processes for customer-facing staff, and driving integration across business unit offerings to maximise value for both customers and the organisation. Strong team leadership skills and the ability to develop actionable plans will be essential as you guide your team to achieve key performance indicators and strive for continual improvement across the South Island region. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact by combining strategic planning with hands-on leadership to deliver meaningful results for Ravensdown and our farmers.
