As a Cashier/Runner/Busser, you are responsible for supporting both the guest experience and overall flow of the restaurant.

This includes greeting guests, taking orders at the counter, delivering food to tables, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Success in this role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay composed during busy service.

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming first impression

• Take orders accurately and efficiently at the counter

• Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations

• Run food to tables quickly and accurately

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing and resetting tables

• Assist with stocking, organization, and general front-of-house upkeep

• Support team members to ensure smooth service during high-volume periods

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Experience is helpful but not required. We are most successful with team members who demonstrate:

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

This position works in a restaurant environment and includes:

• Exposure to high temperatures and cold conditions in walk-ins

• Frequent contact with water, cleaning solutions, and common allergens (nuts, citrus, gluten, dairy)

• Extended standing and walking

• Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds

• Repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motion

• Use of POS systems and equipment requiring manual dexterity

• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain awareness of surroundings for safety
