POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Corporate Partnerships is a key development leader responsible for executing strategies to grow and steward corporate revenue and cultivate meaningful partnerships that advance the mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, this role manages a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects while supporting the integration of corporate sponsorships, cause marketing and employee engagement. The Director serves as a primary relationship manager for corporate partners and collaborates closely with internal teams including Advancement, Marketing & Communications, Finance, and Club Operations. This role is accountable for achieving defined revenue goals, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of corporate prospects, and delivering exceptional partner experiences that reflect BGCCF’s Core Values and commitment to youth development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Partnership Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Execute corporate fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals, including sponsorships, cause marketing, workplace giving, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects to achieve Responsible for achieving assigned annual corporate fundraising revenue goals through solicitation, stewardship, renewals, and new business development.
- Build and manage a pipeline of 50-75 active prospects, targeting renewals, upgrades, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Partner with the Vice President and senior leadership to engage corporate decision-makers and expand partnership opportunities.
- Ensure strong stewardship of corporate relationships through reporting, impact storytelling, site visits, and engagement opportunities.
Sponsorships and Donor Experiences
- Implement sponsorship packages, cause marketing campaigns, and deliver corporate benefits aligned with partner objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to ensure consistent branding and recognition for corporate partners.
- Partner with program staff and the Volunteer team to create meaningful, mission-driven engagement opportunities for corporate partners.
Collaboration, Data, and Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of corporate and event data in the CRM system.
- Track progress toward revenue and engagement goals using dashboards and pipeline reports.
- Prepare reports and updates for the Vice President and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance to support revenue tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation.
External Partnerships and Community Engagement
- Build relationships with corporations, foundations, and community organizations to expand support for BGCCF.
- Represent the organization at community and networking events to cultivate new partnerships.
Team Collaboration and Support
- Support a collaborative, high-performing team culture across development and cross-functional departments.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff or coordinators as appropriate.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and partnership strategies.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field required, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in development, corporate partnerships, or institutional giving.
- Demonstrated success securing and managing corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
- Experience supporting fundraising events and partnership activations.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage corporate stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
