PETROLEUM SALES CONSULTANT
EnergiTech Services | Uncapped Commission | Extremely Competitive Pay

EnergiTech Services is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Petroleum Sales Consultant with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. This role is built for a hunter — someone with petroleum sales and service experience who thrives on uncapped earning potential and wants to be rewarded directly for their results. We're also looking for someone who is comfortable using (or eager to learn) AI tools to work smarter, move faster, and stay ahead of the competition.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The Petroleum Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales of petroleum equipment, construction, compliance, and service solutions for convenience stores, truck stops, petroleum marketers, and retail fueling facilities. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, developing long-term relationships, and delivering complete fueling solutions from initial consultation through project completion.
Working closely with Estimating, Project Management, Service, Compliance, and Accounting, this position is responsible for generating profitable sales growth while ensuring customers receive safe, compliant, and efficient fueling solutions.

SALES & CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT
• Develop and maintain relationships with convenience stores, truck stops, petroleum marketers, and retail fueling customers
• Prospect for new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts
• Promote EnergiTech's petroleum equipment, construction, compliance, and service capabilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process
• Represent EnergiTech at customer meetings, networking events, and industry trade shows

PROPOSAL & PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and identify project opportunities
• Develop project scopes and collaborate with the Estimating Team to prepare accurate proposals
• Present proposals, project timelines, and pricing to customers
• Recommend fueling equipment and solutions that align with customer needs, operational goals, and regulatory requirements
• Leverage AI tools to streamline proposal prep, research, and follow-up so more time is spent selling

PROJECT & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
• Collaborate with Project Management, Service, and Compliance teams following project award
• Maintain communication with customers throughout project execution
• Assist with change orders, warranty issues, and customer concerns
• Identify additional opportunities for equipment upgrades, compliance services, and preventative maintenance

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain accurate CRM records, customer communications, proposals, and sales pipeline activity
• Track opportunities and provide sales forecasts and activity updates
• Complete all required sales documentation and support internal project coordination

ADDITIONAL DUTIES
• Stay current on petroleum industry products, technologies, and environmental regulations
• Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills
• Support company safety initiatives and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Sales & Industry Knowledge
• Petroleum sales and service experience required
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Experience in the petroleum, construction, convenience store, or related industries strongly preferred
• Experience with consultative, solution-based sales
Drive & Adaptability
• High-energy, self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial drive
• Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity, or eager to learn — willingness to adopt new technology is a must
• Resourceful and resilient, with a competitive drive to win business
Communication & Relationship Building

• Ability to build long-term partnerships with customers and industry stakeholders
Technical & Organizational Skills
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand fueling systems and construction projects
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and AI-based productivity tools
Work Ethic & Travel
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve — and exceed — sales goals
• Ability to travel throughout Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, and Northern Illinois, with occasional overnight travel
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
