About the role
As Distribution Supervisor, you own daily warehouse operations. You make sure product is received, stored, and delivered safely, accurately, and on time, and you lead the team that makes it happen. This is a hands-on leadership role: you coach and develop your people, drive continuous improvement, and step onto the floor alongside them when the day calls for it.

Warehouse operating hours are 7am – 5pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule will be between those hours depending on team needs. No nights, no weekends.

Salary Transparency
The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year. In addition, this role is eligible for an incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Please note that the higher end of the pay range is reserved for candidates with extensive experience and qualifications that exceed the requirements of the role. Most new hires typically start at the beginning of the pay range, with opportunities for growth and increases based on performance and tenure.
