This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a QA and Documentation Analyst | Exclusive Opportunity for PwD based in Brazil.

This role focuses on ensuring software quality and creating clear documentation that supports efficient product development and user experiences.
The professional will combine quality assurance practices, testing strategies, and technical documentation to improve software reliability.
Working in a collaborative technology environment, this position requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
The role involves close interaction with development, product, and support teams to identify improvements and ensure high-quality deliveries.
The ideal candidate will contribute to continuous improvement by implementing best practices in QA processes, automation, and documentation standards.

Accountabilities:
  • Plan, execute, and document manual and automated tests for web applications.
  • Identify, report, and monitor bug resolution processes using appropriate management tools.
  • Identify opportunities to automate testing processes and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, ensuring clarity, standardization, and traceability.
  • Develop and manage user manuals, quick guides, release notes, and business process documentation.
  • Validate API integrations by analyzing requests, responses, and error scenarios.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and track defects.
  • Support continuous quality practices within CI/CD workflows.
  • Contribute to the evolution of QA processes by suggesting improvements and implementing best practices.
  • Work closely with product, development, and support teams to ensure software quality and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience working with Software Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Experience with manual and automated testing for web applications.
  • Previous experience creating technical and functional documentation.
  • Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Experience with Python and JavaScript.
  • Experience testing and validating APIs.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Understanding of CI/CD concepts and software delivery processes.
  • Experience with code versioning tools such as GitHub.
  • Familiarity with bug and task management tools such as Jira is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a relevant differentiator.
  • Experience documenting ERP systems and working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, organization, time management, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
