Purpose / General Description: Execute key program manager functions for our select group of important House/Enterprise customers. Lead all communications with these accounts and coordinate with key stakeholders, internal production/engineering teams and Technical Program Managers. Engage with our key customers as a trusted Subject Matter Experts (SME) focusing on how our products fit into their security ecosystem.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the enterprise-level program manager functions for our largest National and Global Accounts ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, installation planning, quality assurance, and supply chain to meet program milestones and deliverables.
• Exceed program budget goals to optimize financial performance for Boon Edam.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to facilitate communication, manage expectations, and address concerns promptly.
• Prepare detailed program status reports and QBR presentations for internal leadership and external clients.
• Consult with Security Integrators, General Contractors, Distribution Subcontractors and End-users to ensure understanding of Boon Edam product and potential partnerships to serve our House/Enterprise accounts.
• Act as liaison between internal and external business partners.
• Identify through customer interactions future potential development opportunities and connect our development team to those opportunities and customers (at the wants stage of the WINS model)
• Contribute to and manage agreed upon team metrics and KPIs, supporting the direction of the business and working toward continuous performance improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years’ relevant project and/or program management experience dealing with industry leading General Contractors and Fortune 500 customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform multiple tasks under a high stress environment
• Extraordinary analytical skills. Ability to translate high-level customer requirements into detailed product specifications and future product ideas.

• Bachelor of Science degree, MBA highly desirable
