This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a critical CRM platform within a globally distributed technology team. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving a Zoho CRM ecosystem that supports business growth across sales, marketing, and operations. The Zoho CRM Developer will own the CRM platform end-to-end, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement while supporting business teams through effective technology solutions.
- Manage daily administration of the Zoho CRM platform, including users, roles, permissions, modules, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and data quality processes.
- Maintain, debug, document, and enhance existing automation workflows, including Deluge scripts and business logic.
- Develop new CRM capabilities and server-side functions using Deluge, Node.js, Java, or similar technologies.
- Improve and modernize existing automation solutions to increase maintainability, reliability, and scalability.
- Build and maintain integrations between Zoho CRM and backend systems through Zoho Flow, APIs, webhooks, and other integration approaches.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to translate business needs into effective CRM configurations and data models.
- Define and maintain documentation to ensure system knowledge, processes, and technical decisions are clearly captured.
- Support CRM evolution by identifying improvement opportunities and recommending solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure strong data management practices, security standards, and platform reliability.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on CRM developer with strong technical skills, experience managing business systems, and the ability to independently own a complex platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM administration, configuration, and development.
- Strong ability to read, debug, maintain, and extend Deluge automation.
- Experience building server-side functions using Deluge, Node.js, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Solid understanding of CRM data modeling, including modules, relationships, and configuration trade-offs.
- Experience integrating systems using Zoho Flow, webhooks, REST APIs, or similar technologies.
- Ability to reverse-engineer existing systems and take ownership of both development and administration responsibilities.
- Knowledge of database management concepts and data security principles.
- Experience with Zoho certifications such as Zoho CRM Developer/Administrator is desirable.
- Familiarity with the broader Zoho ecosystem, including Creator, Desk, Analytics, or Books, is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with US-based business teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connectivity and a suitable workspace.
- Must currently reside in or be located within 150 km of Greater Delhi NCR, Greater Bangalore, or Greater Pune.
- Competitive annual compensation range of 24,75,000 – 34,65,000 INR.
