The Data and Digital Transformation Specialist will be responsible for designing, evolving, and ensuring the quality of data ecosystems that support business intelligence, automation, and AI initiatives. The role requires strong technical ownership, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to translate data capabilities into business value.

• Structure and automate data update workflows for market intelligence databases, defining technical assumptions and documenting processes.
• Continuously evaluate the efficiency, quality, and reliability of external data sources and monitoring platforms.
• Develop and maintain data architecture, including BigQuery environments, semantic layers, taxonomy standardization, and API integrations.
• Support the evolution of self-service data products and Artificial Intelligence solutions through scalable and well-structured data foundations.
• Monitor data behavior from a business perspective, identifying anomalies, trends, and opportunities proactively.
• Act as a technical point of reference for Generative AI adoption, automation initiatives, and programming practices.
• Establish best practices, organize prompt repositories, and enable teams to build their own operational solutions.
• Promote data-driven decision-making by improving accessibility, reliability, and analytical capabilities across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a data professional with strong technical knowledge, a passion for innovation, and the ability to combine engineering practices with business needs. Experience with cloud data platforms, automation, BI solutions, and AI applications is essential.

• Advanced SQL skills and solid experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI applications, including prompt engineering and API integrations.
• Experience developing and modeling data solutions for BI platforms such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience automating processes using Python, Apps Script, or equivalent productivity solutions.
