Commercial Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Commercial Account Executive based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth within a fast-scaling SaaS environment focused on simplifying complex business challenges.
The Commercial Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, from initial conversations to successful deal closure, while building strong customer relationships.
Working with a high-volume pipeline, this position combines consultative selling, product expertise, and strategic account management.
The role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment and enjoys building processes as teams grow.
By engaging with prospective customers and refining sales strategies, this position directly contributes to company expansion and market success.
High-performing individuals will have opportunities to grow into larger segments, leadership roles, or new strategic initiatives.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the complete sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through contract close, managing opportunities effectively at every stage.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and present relevant solutions.
  • Manage a high-volume, high-velocity pipeline of inbound opportunities while maintaining strong conversion rates.
  • Develop relationships with prospective customers and guide them through evaluation, decision-making, and purchasing processes.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of outbound sales initiatives as the sales motion continues to expand.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales quotas through disciplined pipeline management and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teammates to share best practices, improve workflows, and refine sales playbooks.
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to support improvements across sales processes, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-growing environment by adapting to evolving priorities, new market opportunities, and changing business needs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales, with a proven track record of consistently achieving quota in a closing role.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment with a strong focus on pipeline management and revenue generation.
  • Previous experience in startup environments or new initiatives, with the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and change.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and drive results independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong curiosity, business acumen, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
  • Highly coachable with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience selling to finance and accounting teams, e-commerce businesses, or familiarity with accounting processes is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with USD $170,000 to USD $200,000 OTE and uncapped commission potential.
  • Fully remote work model available across the United States.
  • Opportunity to join a rapidly growing SaaS organization during an exciting scaling phase.
  • Collaborative and supportive culture where team members share knowledge and contribute to collective success.
  • High-impact role with direct influence on revenue growth and go-to-market development.
  • Opportunities for career advancement into mid-market, enterprise sales, leadership, or strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to help shape sales processes, playbooks, and team practices as the organization expands.
  • Flexible remote-first environment designed for autonomy, ownership, and professional growth.
