Overview: Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations at our hotel. We are seeking a motivated and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Check billing instructions and guest credit for compliance with hotel credit policy and ensure all transactions are handled in a secure manner.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and financial transactions
• Keep an organized Front Desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked
• Perform other duties as assigned by hotel leadership.

• Background in hospitality is preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and tact
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for computer work, phone operation, and handling documents
• Ability to communicate clearly in person and by phone
• Occasional bending, reaching, and stooping
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20–25 pounds (e.g., office supplies, packages)
• Visual ability to read screens, reports, and guest information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
