NLP Logix is seeking a driven, accomplished Account Executive to develop new business and expand our presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
This is a true hunter role with significant earning potential and ownership. You will build executive relationships, create opportunities, and close complex AI, data, analytics, and technology consulting engagements.
This position is remote for candidates who currently live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and includes occasional local travel for client meetings, networking events, and other business needs.

The OpportunityAs an Account Executive, you will own the full new-business sales cycle—from identifying target accounts and opening doors to leading discovery, developing solutions, negotiating agreements, and closing business.
This opportunity is best suited for an experienced seller who:
- Has a demonstrated record of winning complex consulting or technology engagements.
- Can independently generate pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound leads.

You will be supported throughout the sales process by experienced technical, solutions, delivery, marketing, and executive leaders.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute a territory strategy for acquiring new clients in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
- Own the full sales cycle for net-new accounts, from prospecting through close.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with established revenue goals.
- Generate opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, events, partnerships, and social selling.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers.
- Build relationships with executives and other senior stakeholders.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover business challenges, strategic priorities, and high-value use cases.
- Position NLP Logix’s AI, data, analytics, automation, and technology consulting capabilities around measurable value and return on investment.
- Partner with technical and delivery leaders to develop accurately scoped solutions.
- Create and present proposals, statements of work, pricing strategies, business cases, and executive-level presentations.
- Navigate complex buying committees and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Negotiate commercial terms while protecting scope, value, and margin.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity details, forecasts, and next steps.
- Provide leadership with reliable pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Represent NLP Logix at local business, technology, and industry events.
- Share market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback with company leadership.
- At least five years of successful B2B sales experience, including experience in a quota-carrying new-business role.
- A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven success generating pipeline and closing complex, high-value opportunities.
- Experience selling technology consulting, professional services, AI, data and analytics, digital transformation, cloud, SaaS, or similarly complex solutions.
- Strong outbound prospecting and self-generated pipeline-development capabilities.
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise organizations.
- Ability to conduct executive-level discovery and connect business challenges to strategic solutions.
- Confidence presenting to and building credibility with C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Sound commercial judgment and attention to scope, value, and profitability.
- Experience navigating multiple stakeholders and complex buying processes.
- Consistent CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy.
- Resilience, initiative, accountability, and a strong desire to win.
- Residence in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and availability for local client meetings and events.
Experience selling AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or data consulting services is strongly preferred. Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or a comparable enterprise sales methodology is also beneficial.

The anticipated on-target earnings for this position are $150,000–$250,000 annually, consisting of a base salary plus uncapped sales commission.
Commission is not an at-risk component that must be unlocked by reaching a quota. Account Executives earn a percentage of eligible revenue from the business they close, with commission paid as the associated revenue is generated over the contract term.
Because commissions are uncapped, total earnings may exceed the stated range based on the value and volume of business closed. Final compensation and commission terms will be based on experience, qualifications, and the applicable commission plan.
