  • 92% feel respected at Monigle
  • 90% believe Monigle values diversity

It is an exciting time at Monigle as we continue to create the happiest, most inspiring, and truly impactful company in the industry. We hope you will choose to be a part of it.

We are looking for a Consultant, Syndicated Research to join our growing Insights team. Our syndicated studies are the backbone of Monigle’s point of view on brand. They set the benchmark our industry measures itself against, they run on a fixed calendar, and thousands of people read them. This role owns the machinery that makes that happen.

This is a hands-on job. You will run the day to day operation of our flagship studies, while partnering with senior researchers on what the findings mean. If you take pride in work that is accurate, on time, and better every wave than it was the last one, we should talk.

In this role, you can expect:

  • Act as project manager for our flagship syndicated studies, owning timelines, milestones, and every moving part across concurrent workstreams
  • Keep each stage on schedule and on budget: kickoff, questionnaire development, programming, fielding, data cleaning, data delivery, analysis, and final reporting
  • Manage panel partners, programmers, and research vendors, holding them to spec, timing, and data quality standards
  • Rigorously QC everything before it moves forward, including questionnaire logic, sample plans, quotas, data files, tables, and charts
  • Work hands-on with the data through cleaning, weighting, tabulation, and analysis, including techniques such as driver analysis, MaxDiff, and segmentation
  • Build clear, accurate, on-brand charts and report pages that make complex data easy to follow
  • Partner with senior researchers to pressure-test findings and shape the story the data is telling
  • Support custom, ad hoc client research on a limited basis alongside your syndicated work
  • Look for ways to take manual work out of the process through better templates, better tools, and fewer steps

Our ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing or Social Sciences (or similar field)
  • 4+ years of quantitative market research experience, with hands-on ownership of studies from field through final deliverable
  • A track record of running several projects at once against hard deadlines without letting anything slip
  • Exceptional attention to detail; you catch the error in the data table, and you check your own work before anyone else has to
  • Moves quickly and communicates clearly when timelines compress
  • Working familiarity with advanced quantitative methods such as driver analysis, MaxDiff, conjoint, segmentation and weighting
  • Experience with a scripting language for data work; we work in R
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exposure to Decipher, Sawtooth, Qualtrics or SPSS is a plus
  • Curiosity about how emerging tools, including AI, can take friction out of a research workflow
  • Some familiarity with how research gets delivered digitally, whether dashboards, portals, or other web-based environments, is a plus

Salary range: $73,000 -$90,000

  • Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.

Our people take care of us, so we take care of our people. Enjoy:

  • Ample paid time off to recharge and reset
  • 401K: traditional and Roth options, plus employer match
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental and life insurance premiums for employees
  • Optional vision, life, short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • Paid maternity leave

If you don’t meet all of the requirements for this role, but feel you have something unique to contribute to Monigle, we’d love to hear from you. Please do apply and tell us more about you in your cover letter.
