Albany Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Evanston, IL, has immediate openings for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). This is a Full-Time position, with a Morning Shift schedule.

Up to $29 per hour, Depending on Benefit Plan Selected

Responsibilities of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP):

• Conduct intake interviews
• Supervise MHPs
• Collaborate with clinical team in development and implementation of a service/treatment plan
• May lead consumers in recreational, educational, and/or treatment activities
• Maintain all consumer documentation
• Manage a caseload of up to 30 cases
• Attend clinical team meetings as required

of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP):

We will consider individuals with at least one of the following:

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with at least a Master's degree in social work and 2 years' experience in a mental health setting
• Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's Degree and 2 years' experience in mental health
• RN with at least one year of clinical experience in a mental health setting
• Occupational Therapist with at least one year of experience in a mental health setting
• Master's Degree in related field (e.g., counseling and guidance, social work, vocational counseling, pastoral counseling, family therapy, etc.) + 1,000 hours of supervised direct service in mental health setting - or - one year of clinical experience under the supervision of a QMHP

PLUS:

• Experience in a Residential Care facility strongly preferred
