Job Description
Summary of Primary Functions:
Dobbs Equipment is looking for an Inventory Remarketing Coordinator. This position is responsible for remarketing rental, overstock, aged, and attachment inventory for Dobbs Equipment through inventory marketing, lead management, and sales support initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and accelerate the sale of overstock, rental and aged inventory
- Create sales flyers for Account Managers to help promote the sale of overstock, rental, and aged inventory
- Assigning incoming leads to the appropriate Account Manager
- Manage and maintain inventory postings on Machine Finder Pro including updated pictures, availability, pricing, hours, and warranty
- Price equipment advertised online and on sales flyers
- Work with Marketing Team to promote aged and overstock inventory on social media
- Create monthly aged inventory reports for aged inventory meetings
- Assist with billing responsibilities as needed
- Assists the Director of Inventory and Rental Operations as needed
Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Administrative Support experience
- Inventory/Rental/Sales experience
- Customer Service experience
Education, Skill, and/or Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma with previous experience in rental fleet management or related experience required, college degree is preferred
- Management, organization and communication skills must be highly developed
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Computer skills need to be broad based
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
