Unarmed Security Officer in Cramerton, North Carolina at North State Security Group LLC

North State Security Group is seeking a dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officer for a weekend assignment in Belmont, NC.

Details:
- Saturday and Sunday from 10 am - 6 pm
- Short Term Contract (4 consecutive weekends)
- $20 per hour
- Following the initial 4 week assignment, the officer will transition into a Flex Officer role, providing coverage for open shifts, employee call outs, and other staffing needs

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible security presence at the assigned location
- Control access to the client property and remove unauthorized visitors
- Enforce client policies and procedures
- Use verbal commands and respond to disturbances as needed
- Monitor activities on and around client property
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with clients, visitors, and employees
- Provide reliable coverage when needed as a Flex Officer

Qualifications:
- Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required
- Previous security experience and active PPSB License strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass any required background screening and company onboarding requirements
