The Virtual Customer Service Assistant will support clients remotely by helping them understand their available benefits, answering questions, and providing responsive ongoing service. This is a fully remote opportunity designed for individuals who value flexibility, professional development, and meaningful client relationships. You will communicate with clients through virtual meetings and phone appointments while assisting with applications, enrollments, and policy updates. The role combines customer service, relationship management, and professional development in a supportive virtual environment. - Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments to understand their needs and provide timely support.
- Answer client questions regarding available benefits, coverage options, products, and services in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist clients with applications, enrollment processes, policy updates, and related documentation.
- Provide consistent follow-up and ongoing customer service to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure relevant information is properly documented.
- Deliver a professional, responsive, and service-focused client experience across all interactions.
- Participate in structured virtual onboarding, training, coaching, and mentorship programs.
- Develop communication, customer service, product knowledge, and leadership capabilities through ongoing learning.

- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
