Repossession LPR Field Investigator in Rio Grande Valley, Texas at S C A R Inc

S.C.A.R., Inc. is a repossession company that has been in the industry for nearly 18 years. We believe in promoting from within when applicable and we operate in multiple markets throughout Texas, so a change of location may also be available. Actual hours to be determined, but weekly hours are expected to be 50-55.

Field Investigators are asked to;

• Follow company policy and procedures
• Provide detailed updates on account activities
• Follow assigned routes for maximum data collection
• Keep a clean & well-conditioned company vehicle

Compensation:

Our field investigators earn an average of $40,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience and efficiency. We offer base hourly pay, commission, performance bonuses, and employer-sponsored health insurance. Health care becomes available after 90-days introductory period, with management approval. PTO and 401k benefits become available after one year of employment.

The applicant must:

• be at least 23 years of age and possess a valid Texas driver's license.
• be able to pass pre-employment and unannounced drug screens throughout employment.
• not have more than 1 moving violation within the last 3 years.
• a minimum of 3-years verifiable driver license possession.
• not have any felony convictions within the past 7 years.
• must have and maintain reliable transportation.

The applicant should:

• be experienced with basic computer and typing skills.
• be comfortable with driving extended hours.
• be comfortable working evenings and nights.
