  • Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support for property management, facilities and project teams
  • Assisting in the preparation and coordination of sales, lease and other legal documents
  • Managing and coordinating bookings
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and other documents
  • Point of contact for vendors, tenants and prospective purchasers
  • General office administrative support
  • Accounts payable for multiple entities
  • Project costing accounts payable
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Assist in reconciliations as required
  • Other duties as required

  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, growth mindset, and team-first attitude, with a willingness to support tasks of all sizes.
  • Maintains the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Experience in office administration and/or accounts payable across multiple entities or projects is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and QuickBooks experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, including the ability to work accurately with documentation.
  • Experience with legal documents is an asset.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing across multiple areas of the business and supporting evolving business needs.
