Cupbop is coming to Tyler, and we're looking for hardworking, dependable, and motivated Back of House (BOH) Team Members / Line Cooks to join our opening team!

We're hiring for multiple shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Pay: $12.00/hour + tips

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll help prepare Cupbop's signature Korean BBQ bowls while maintaining our standards for food quality, consistency, speed, and cleanliness.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Cupbop recipes, portion sizes, and procedures.

• Operate assigned kitchen stations safely and efficiently.

• Prepare proteins, rice, noodles, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients.

• Follow recipes, cooking procedures, and portion-control standards.

• Maintain proper food temperatures, labeling, storage, and rotation.

• Follow FIFO and other food safety procedures.

• Complete daily food prep and stocking responsibilities.

• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations.

• Communicate with FOH and BOH team members to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.

• Work efficiently during high-volume periods without sacrificing food quality.

• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, trash removal, and other kitchen responsibilities.

• Complete assigned opening, shift-change, and closing duties.

• Assist with receiving and properly storing deliveries.

• Follow all company, health department, and workplace safety requirements.

• Perform additional restaurant duties as needed.

• Previous restaurant, kitchen, or line cook experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and standardized procedures.

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn multiple kitchen stations.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled shifts.

• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Reliable transportation.

• Availability to work scheduled days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be 18 years or older for positions involving restricted kitchen equipment and duties.
