If helping older adults live with dignity, comfort, and independence is meaningful to you, this may be the role for you. Our Caregivers provide hands-on support and build trusted relationships with residents every day.

What You'll Do
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral care, mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living according to the resident’s service plan.
• Provide meal, hydration, and dining assistance as needed.
• Observe and promptly report changes in a resident’s physical, emotional, behavioral, or cognitive condition.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and requests for assistance.
• Document care and services accurately and timely as required.

What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise required.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and respectful approach to senior care.

Preferred Experience
• Previous assisted living, memory care, home care, long-term care, or caregiving experience preferred.

Physical & Work Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and perform the physical functions of the position for extended periods as needed.
