Project ManagerLead Construction Projects That Make a Lasting Impact

Are you a driven construction professional who enjoys leading complex projects and delivering exceptional results? We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects from planning through completion.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, resources, quality, safety, and client relationships while leading multidisciplinary teams to successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
  • Negotiate, prepare, and administer contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Ensure contract compliance and fulfillment of all contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, field personnel, clients, government agencies, property owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and effectively manage scope changes.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Develop risk management strategies and proactively address project challenges.
  • Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Enforce compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage labor, equipment, and material resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety and regulatory compliance requirements.

Work Environment

This position requires regular visits to active construction sites and may involve international travel. The successful candidate must be adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic project environments.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk, climb, and navigate active construction sites.
  • Ability to perform moderate physical activity as needed to support project operations.
  • Ability to inspect construction work and conditions in various environments.
