Brandshopper is seeking an inventory control analyst. This individual is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory, and operational financial data within a fast-paced warehouse and e-commerce environment. This role plays a critical part in inventory accounting, inventory reconciliation, accounts payable & vendor support, and maintaining accurate financial records. Working closely with accounting, finance, receiving, purchasing, and operations teams, the inventory analyst reconciles physical counts with supplier invoicing and the company's internal purchase orders. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating effectively across departments to support financial accuracy.
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity
- Perform inventory accounting and inventory reconciliations
- Reconcile:
- Physical inventory counts
- Supplier invoices
- Support accounts payable processes
- Assist with vendor communications and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, purchasing, receiving, and operations teams
