This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and revenue, with a strong focus on enterprise go-to-market strategy for corporate learning and knowledge solutions. You will become the subject-matter expert on how large organizations train, enable, and scale knowledge across global teams, translating complex buyer needs into clear, compelling narratives. The position blends strategic positioning with hands-on execution, including messaging development, sales enablement, and campaign support. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to refine value propositions and accelerate adoption in key enterprise segments. This is a high-impact role where your insights directly shape pipeline performance and customer engagement. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the corporate product marketing strategy and act as the primary expert on enterprise buyer behavior within learning and knowledge ecosystems. You will translate customer insights into actionable positioning and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Develop deep expertise in enterprise buyer personas, including Operations, Safety, Compliance, and L&D stakeholders, and translate insights into actionable messaging and positioning
  • Define and refine value propositions across key corporate use cases such as onboarding, compliance training, and AI-enabled learning experiences
  • Partner with Demand Generation teams to design and execute targeted campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue growth
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials including battlecards, playbooks, and value narratives to improve win rates
  • Collaborate with Product teams to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback and market intelligence
  • Work closely with Customer Success teams to identify expansion opportunities and improve customer retention and adoption
  • Continuously evaluate market trends and competitive positioning to strengthen enterprise differentiation
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in enterprise product marketing, particularly within B2B software environments where complex buying cycles and regulated industries are common. You are highly strategic yet execution-oriented, with the ability to connect messaging to measurable commercial impact.

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or strategic marketing roles within enterprise software or SaaS environments
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buyer dynamics, especially across L&D, operations, compliance, or risk-focused functions
  • Strong ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear, benefit-driven messaging and positioning
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to connect marketing activities to pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue impact
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Experience in learning technologies, LMS/LXP platforms, or knowledge management solutions is highly valued
  • Familiarity with AI-driven product positioning or product-led growth environments is a plus
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary in the range of $100,000–$110,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage options
  • Retirement savings plans with employer contributions
  • Flexible and remote-friendly work environment
  • Paid time off, holidays, and additional leave programs
  • Health and wellness benefits including FSAs and related spending accounts
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a fast-evolving product and marketing organization
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on learning, ownership, and impact
