Customer Success Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Manager based in United States.

This role is centered on ensuring seamless coordination and execution of customer bookings within a fast-paced mobility and operations environment. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal operations teams, managing end-to-end charter requests from initial inquiry through final confirmation. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of time-sensitive requests with accuracy. You will play a critical role in delivering a reliable and efficient service experience by ensuring operational alignment and clear communication across multiple stakeholders. Success in this role depends on your ability to balance responsiveness with precision while handling multiple communication channels. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer charter requests and ensuring smooth execution across all operational stages.

  • Manage inbound customer charter requests from initial inquiry through final booking confirmation.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to confirm fleet availability, logistics, and scheduling.
  • Generate quotes and oversee the full booking lifecycle using internal systems and platforms.
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and chat to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all requests, updates, and confirmations using tools such as Google Suite.
  • Collaborate with account executives and cross-functional teams to support seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in processing time-sensitive and high-volume requests.
  • Support continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
Requirements:

This role requires strong coordination skills, operational discipline, and excellent communication abilities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

  • 1–2+ years of experience in customer success, administrative support, sales support, or operations roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and high-volume workflows with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in structured systems and learning new internal platforms and tools quickly.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or charter operations is a plus but not required.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and departments.
  • Positive, adaptable, and coachable mindset with openness to feedback and process changes.
  • Ability to handle repetitive, time-sensitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
