Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage the global pursuit desk and proposal operations, ensuring consistent execution of RFP, RFI, and RFx response processes across enterprise opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end proposal development activities, coordinating cross-functional inputs from Sales, Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Develop and maintain structured proposal frameworks, governance standards, and best practices to improve quality, consistency, and win rates.
  • Support strategic deal pursuits by assisting with opportunity qualification, capture planning, win themes, and competitive differentiation strategies.
  • Oversee proposal automation platforms, knowledge management systems, and AI-enabled tools to improve scalability and efficiency of responses.
  • Maintain alignment with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and pursuit visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report on proposal performance metrics and pursuit effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.
  • Support security questionnaires, ESG requirements, and compliance documentation as part of enterprise deal execution.
  • Mentor and support team members involved in proposal coordination and pre-sales operations activities.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in proposal management, pre-sales operations, solution consulting, or enterprise pursuit management roles.
  • Strong background in enterprise SaaS or complex B2B sales environments with structured, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Proven experience managing RFP/RFx processes using modern proposal management tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to translate technical and product capabilities into compelling business value, ROI narratives, and customer-focused messaging.
  • Experience working closely with sales leadership on strategic deals and pipeline execution within CRM-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable operational processes, governance models, and enablement frameworks.
  • Familiarity with proposal automation, AI-driven tools, and knowledge management platforms.
  • Experience supporting or enabling demo programs and sales enablement tools (e.g., Consensus or similar platforms).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience mentoring team members.
  • Preferred experience in data management, MDM, PIM, or PXM ecosystems and global bid desk operations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $120,000 – $135,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions
  • Paid time off, volunteer time off, and paid holidays
  • Parental leave and adoption support programs
  • Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • Tuition reimbursement and professional development support
  • Flexible remote work arrangement within the United States
  • Collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment
