Power Platform Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Power Platform Developer based in India.

This is a technical development role focused on designing and delivering enterprise-grade business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
You will work on building scalable solutions that support digital transformation initiatives across Dynamics 365 and Azure ecosystems.
The role involves end-to-end ownership of application development, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing optimization.
You will develop low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse, ensuring performance and maintainability.
A strong emphasis is placed on system integration, automation, and extending platform capabilities through custom development.
You will collaborate closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building enterprise applications in a fast-evolving Microsoft cloud environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Develop and customize Power Pages portals, enhancing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build reusable components and implement best practices to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external APIs.
  • Support automation and workflow development to streamline business processes across enterprise systems.
  • Manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support to ensure solution quality and stability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in development standards, ALM processes, and solution architecture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience in developing and customizing Power Pages (Portals).
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps, including repositories, boards, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM), environments, and deployment strategies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps or Functions is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications are an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Copilot Studio, CRM/ERP systems, or enterprise integration scenarios is desirable.
