This is a high-impact growth leadership role focused on transforming how users discover, engage with, and convert into paid subscribers across web and mobile platforms. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Analytics, owning the end-to-end optimization of conversion funnels in a subscription-based digital environment. The role blends strategic experimentation, behavioral insight, and hands-on execution to improve user onboarding, paywall performance, and monetization outcomes. - Design and optimize onboarding flows, paywall experiences, and in-app purchase funnels to maximize early engagement and paid conversion.
- Develop and evolve web acquisition funnels, landing pages, checkout flows, and pricing presentation strategies.
- Own content metering logic and paywall architecture, balancing user access with premium value communication.
- Build and execute a high-velocity experimentation roadmap, including A/B and multivariate testing across UX, messaging, pricing, and product flows.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to implement tracking, prioritize experiments, and ship improvements at speed.
- Define and maintain core performance dashboards tracking conversion health, funnel drop-off, and subscription lifecycle metrics.
- Translate behavioral insights into actionable product and growth recommendations that directly impact revenue outcomes.
You are a senior-level growth or product analytics professional with strong technical fluency and deep experience optimizing subscription funnels in consumer-facing digital products:
- 5+ years of experience in CRO, growth, product analytics, or product-led growth within a D2C or subscription-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large-scale behavioral and transactional datasets.
- Experience with experimentation design, statistical analysis, and conversion optimization frameworks.
- Deep understanding of digital subscription funnels, paywalls, and mobile in-app purchase ecosystems (Apple IAP / Google Play).
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, driving alignment across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, PostHog, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms).
- A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving with strong execution discipline in fast-paced environments.
- Nice to have: experience with paywall tooling (e.g., Superwall, Piano), subscription optimization, or content-driven products.

- Remote-first work environment with flexibility across time zones
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage
- Paid time off and flexible vacation policy
