Job Description
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process up to and including day one orientation.This position will be in-office during an initial 6-month training and acclimation period, after which it will have the option to transition to a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule if business needs allow.Hybrid expectations include maintaining a consistent in-office presence as determined by business needs, team collaboration requirements, and manager guidance, with remote work flexibility provided for the remainder of the schedule.

Recruiting
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Partner with hiring managers and supervisors to review, analyze and create job descriptions.
- Develop targeted recruiting strategies that attract a diverse and qualified applicant pool.
- Reviews applications and interviews applicants, and to provide information about the organization and position.
- Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in organization.
- Effectively leverage social media platforms as a recruiting tool, develop ways to track the effectiveness of each platform.
- Work with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
- Performs reference and background checks on applicants.
- Files and maintains employment records for future references.
- Develop and coordinate internal job posting program and write job postings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
- Coordinate, participation in, sets up display, and work at job fairs.
- Develop metrics, track recruiting initiatives, and prepare and analyze reports for planning purposes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings.
- Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs:
Outlook: Intermediate skills to include the use of scheduling functions, outlook calendars, filtering, searching and archiving emails.
Word: Intermediate skills to include understanding of templates, merge files, and maintenance of data on tables. You should also be able to customize the toolbars and import media by adding graphs or images.
Excel: Intermediate skills to include understanding on working with multiple worksheets, filtering data, create, modify, and format charts, add graphic elements, group and ungroup data, utilized formulas and create or modify some macros.
PowerPoint: Intermediate skills to include understanding creating slides, utilizing photos/graphics, and transitions.
HRIS: Prior experience with ADP or other HRIS system recruiting module.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team while seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- General knowledge of Human Resource Policies and best practices.
