You will play a key role in shaping and optimizing product experience management (PXM) capabilities across enterprise retail environments. This role focuses on bridging business needs with technical execution within inRiver and related PIM/PXM ecosystems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define data structures, improve product information flows, and ensure consistent, high-quality product experiences across channels. Acting as both a functional and technical expert, you will support solution design, integrations, and data governance practices. The environment is highly collaborative, blending consulting, agile delivery, and hands-on system configuration. Your work will directly impact how products are structured, enriched, and delivered to end customers at scale.

Accountabilities:

You will act as a key advisor and delivery partner for PXM and inRiver initiatives, ensuring product data is structured, governed, and optimized for business outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data models and system configurations while supporting integration efforts across enterprise platforms.

  • Lead and support the design and implementation of inRiver PXM solutions aligned with business and product strategy
  • Facilitate workshops with business, product, and technical stakeholders to define requirements, data models, and workflows
  • Translate merchandising and assortment planning needs into structured product data and PXM configurations
  • Support integration efforts across PLM, ERP (e.g., SAP), and PIM/PXM ecosystems, including C#-based development contributions
  • Define and maintain data governance standards for product attributes, seasonality, and lifecycle data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across product information and digital touchpoints
  • Produce key deliverables such as process flows, business requirements, user stories, and decision logs
Requirements:

You bring a strong mix of functional retail expertise, data-driven thinking, and hands-on experience with product information management systems. You are comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and can translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

  • 4–5+ years of experience in PXM, PIM, or similar product data management roles
  • Strong background in retail or apparel merchandising, particularly in seasonal and assortment-driven businesses
  • Hands-on experience with inRiver and product lifecycle / assortment planning data models
  • Experience working across PLM, ERP (ideally SAP), and PXM ecosystems
  • C# development experience supporting platform integrations
  • Ability to lead workshops and align cross-functional teams on requirements and solutions
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles for product and catalog data
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Agile delivery experience and consulting mindset are strong advantages
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and market benchmarks
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Flexible work arrangements depending on project and client needs
  • Opportunities to work on large-scale digital transformation and PXM programs
  • Career development within a global, innovation-driven consulting environment
  • Exposure to leading retail and enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Inclusive, collaborative culture focused on learning and continuous improvement.
