This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager I, M&S Recruiting - Virtual based in the United States.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for Marketing & Sales positions across the Americas, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for building and executing sourcing strategies that attract high-quality talent while ensuring alignment with regional business needs and staffing priorities. This position requires strong consultative skills, as you will guide leaders on hiring best practices, candidate profiles, and market trends. You will also play a key role in optimizing recruiting processes, improving pipeline quality, and ensuring timely fulfillment of critical roles. Operating in a highly collaborative and results-oriented setting, you will balance strategic planning with hands-on recruiting execution. The role offers visibility across multiple regions and the opportunity to directly impact business performance through talent acquisition excellence.

Accountabilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Marketing & Sales roles across assigned regions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs, candidate profiles, and effective sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates in competitive markets.
  • Provide consultative guidance to hiring leaders on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent availability.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational recruiting standards, policies, and industry requirements, including applicable non-compete considerations.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Compensation teams to support competitive and equitable offer recommendations.
  • Leverage social media and digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram) to enhance sourcing and employer branding efforts.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increase hiring efficiency.
  • Support workforce planning, change management, and communication initiatives related to hiring strategies.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts and help design scalable recruiting frameworks for the M&S organization.
  • Provide guidance and informal support to junior recruiting team members when needed.
  • Ensure timely delivery of recruitment outcomes in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Requirements
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting or HR experience.
  • At least 4 years of dedicated recruiting experience, preferably within Marketing and Sales environments.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple levels, including senior-level and specialized roles.
  • Prior exposure to hospitality, resort, or timeshare industry recruiting is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience using social media platforms for talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder management ability.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in changing business environments.
