We're looking for a polished, energetic, sales-driven Leasing Consultant to join a beautiful Class A apartment community in Monroe, Georgia. • Welcome prospective residents and create an exceptional first impression
• Conduct engaging apartment tours that showcase the lifestyle our community offers
• Build rapport, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the lease
• Follow up with prospects to maximize leasing conversions
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and future residents
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
• Support community marketing and outreach initiatives
• Help maintain the professional appearance of the leasing office and model homes

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
• Class A leasing experience is a plus
• A genuine passion for sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, polished, and dependable
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Weekend availability
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines preferred

$18.00–$20.00 per hour plus leasing commissions and renewal commission opportunities, based on experience.
