The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions while collaborating with clients and cross-functional engineering teams. This role requires strong technical ownership, attention to quality, and the ability to deliver reliable applications in fast-moving environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python and modern software engineering practices.
• Support component design, development, maintenance, and technical quality standards across project teams.
• Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Design and implement efficient data storage solutions and optimize application performance for scalability and reliability.
• Build secure, maintainable software through strong coding practices, testing strategies, and code reviews.
• Contribute to structured engineering practices including source control, deployment processes, and CI/CD workflows.
• Develop and maintain applications within cloud environments and infrastructure platforms.
• Work with databases, automation tools, and containerized environments such as Kubernetes.
• Collaborate closely with technical leaders, engineers, and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve delivered solutions.
• Apply AI-native development practices and explore emerging technologies, including LLM-based workflows and agentic systems.

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in Python development, cloud technologies, and modern engineering practices. They should be comfortable working autonomously, collaborating with distributed teams, and delivering solutions for complex enterprise environments.

• 8+ years of commercial software engineering experience with significant senior-level delivery experience.
• Deep expertise in Python and experience building production-grade applications.
• Strong understanding of AI frameworks, AI-native development practices, and emerging LLM technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions in real-world environments.
• Practical experience working in agile development teams.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on experience with databases, cloud platforms, and infrastructure environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms.
• Experience with automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
• Experience collaborating through pull requests, code reviews, and shared engineering standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with professional English proficiency.
• Ability and willingness to travel periodically to client sites within the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing AI applications and working with agentic frameworks or platforms such as LangGraph or similar technologies.
• Experience with Golang development.
• Frontend development experience with React.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and distributed international teams.
