As an Enterprise Architect, you will provide strategic technical leadership across client engagements, ensuring that cloud architectures align with business objectives, security requirements, and delivery goals. You will act as a key advisor for enterprise stakeholders while supporting internal teams with architectural guidance, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Own enterprise architecture strategy across client engagements, ensuring technical decisions, business priorities, and delivery timelines remain aligned.
- Serve as the primary architecture and technical strategy contact for clients, translating business objectives into secure and scalable AWS solutions.
- Lead security reviews, compliance discussions, approval processes, and quality checkpoints to support successful project execution.
- Partner with Solution and Technical Architects to maintain consistency across complex, multi-system architecture designs.
- Conduct discovery sessions, develop modernization strategies, contribute to business cases, and support executive-level discussions.
- Establish architecture standards, governance models, and reusable frameworks to improve delivery efficiency across future engagements.
- Manage multiple client initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong oversight of technical progress and relationship health.
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and provide clients with clear guidance throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, technical assessments, and strategic initiatives that support business growth.
The ideal candidate brings extensive AWS architecture experience, strong consulting capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders. You should be comfortable leading complex enterprise transformations while balancing security, scalability, and business priorities.
- 8+ years of hands-on AWS architecture experience with strong knowledge of core AWS services.
- 5+ years designing and governing secure, scalable, and highly available systems within complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience owning client relationships, technical outcomes, and enterprise-level architecture decisions.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, governance, and approval processes within regulated organizations.
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments where technical delivery and client management are closely connected.
- Demonstrated ability to apply enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead executive conversations and detailed technical discussions.
- Experience with AWS certifications, including Solutions Architect Professional or relevant specialty certifications, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect, contact center solutions, and AWS integrations with customer experience platforms is a plus.
- Experience with AI/ML services such as Amazon Q, Bedrock, or SageMaker is beneficial.
- Multi-cloud experience with platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.
