- Define and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across multiple customer engagement channels, including in-app messaging, push notifications, banners, and other digital touchpoints.
- Design personalized customer journeys that improve user onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and overall customer experience.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy and audience segmentation to creative briefing, quality assurance, launch, and performance analysis.
- Develop and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap, running A/B tests and optimization initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with product, creative, analytics, and growth teams to align lifecycle initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze customer behavior, and use insights to continuously refine lifecycle strategies and maximize business outcomes.
- 4–8 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or customer engagement marketing.
- Proven experience designing and scaling lifecycle programs for large user bases with measurable business impact.
- Hands-on expertise with customer engagement platforms such as Braze or similar lifecycle automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and analytics platforms such as Segment, Mixpanel, Preset, or equivalent solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop experimentation strategies, execute A/B testing, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, fintech, or emerging technologies is considered a plus.
- Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $162,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
